Truck was a little dirty inside, the engine ran rough and my final day the check engine light came on. I wasted 15 minutes trying to get the phone to accept the code for roadside assistance, time I was going to use to fill up the tank. I told the counter guy this at return, he said he'd "take care of it", but I was still charged. Anyway, I ended up calling the store, and they told me they knew the problem as it had happened repeatedly with this truck, and to drive it anyway. I told him I had anxiety about it, as my Uncle died when his engine seized on the highway and was rear ended by a semi, but they were not swayed. I drove it, but was near throwing up with anxiety the entire time. No discount was offered, I didn't even get an apology. This is not a good policy as it could mask another warning coming on as happened with my Uncle.

The person on the phone left me on hold for 20 minutes. Then I called back and he didn't know what his job was and was saying that he won't help a pissed off person where I wasnt mad. I'm just trying to figure out where my reservation is that I made. I drove all the way from Texas to Montana and I made a reservation days ago and he doesn't know what to do.
