        First of all I did not reserve this at this location I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to pick it up. The Manager told me that he did not know why but most likely it was delivered to the wrong location. Not my problem my truck should have been at the correct location. He then told me that he would give me the phone number of the person that left it at the wrong location and I called him out on it. He said no I would not really give you the customers info. So he lied to me. The inside of the truck had food splattered on the windows and the mirror on the passengers side were dirty, I had to clean them to see out of them.

        The general manager was terrific. Very organized, polite and great to work with. Both pickup and drop off were seamless. Excellent job as not all u-haul experiences are this positive.
