Excellent service from everybody from the beginning! Great Internet! I’m sad I’m moving and can’t take them with me. If I’m ever back in an area with their service, I would choose them first!
They always let you know when there would be a service outages (because they were making it better!) it’s really great to be able to call company and talk to a real person. The tech service was very kind and helpful when I had to use it a couple times. Thank you!

I have been without internet for over five hours, and this is not the first time. Not just frustrating, ITS MADDENING. I have WiFi signal but can’t connect to the server. It most always happens on the weekend.
