        you contracted with me and advised me you would start in the spring. But you showed up unannounced with 2 crews ( no english) and slapped it on. The weather got cold the day you finished and the shingles never took a set. You have been out a few times with temporary fixes and advised me the shingles you used were troublesome and not quite to spec. You assured me that you would continue to warrant your work. Well, now I have discovered a major problem where the last addition connects to the original house. Bryant Roofing fixed it several years ago as snow piles up there and can get by the flashing. I had mentioned it to your sales person when we were negotiating price and schedules. Now I look up inside at the ceiling/wall joint, and the drywall is separating from the finish and tape is opening up. I cannot understand why an experienced company which I have used before, cannot correctly perform this work.

        Kirkness Roofing responded quickly to our leaking bathroom ceiling fan and replaced the vent on the roof. They were efficient and we couldnt have asked for nicer guys! No more leaks.

      Dean & Betty,I have to say I was shocked to see this review particularly how it was written and the timing of it. The last contact we had with you was on December 14, 2022. We have clear email conversations that show, we gave you 12 days' notice Contacted the homeowner on (October 5th, 2022, with a start date of October 17, 2022) on your project start date and you were agreeable on the date, we met the start date. You are correct that 2 crews were used on your project, your project was a large project with multiple structures, in order to reduce the risk of possible weather effecting the install or allowing possible water infiltration to the property, we chose to add the additional labor to reduce both yours and our exposer to possible weather-related issues. There was a wind event that damaged a few shingles after our install as the shingles had not sealed properly, we fixed this right away after your call, this was a permanent fix not a temporary repair. We have heard nothing from you since December 14,2022, (the date of your final payment) how are we supposed to rectify any possible problems if we do not know about them? Your review is deceitful, inaccurate as well as unfounded, despite this, and the fact our labor warranty is past, I am willing to look at any problems with our install, and do the repairs needed to seal the roof system. Feel free to contact our office (the number hasn't changed in 45 years) to schedule a time for me to come out and determine the proper solution to the problem. Andrew
