Run don't walk away from this company, they do not return calls after they take your money. They Make promises they don't keep and after we signed the contract with John and gave them money John left the company. Tom doesn't answer or return calls or messages. Do not use this company. They also took a large amount of money for siding that never showed up from people we recommended them to including our son.

After I hired him in May of 2020 I had very little contact with him, despite me practically begging him to communicate with me. I do not enjoy writing bad reviews, and I hoped it would not come to this, but it has.

I contracted Tom Simpson to repair my roof back in August 2019 due to hail damage. I hired him because he told me he knew how to talk to the insurance company to get everything approved and moving quickly. From the beginning there was issues with communication between him and the insurance company. His crew not showing up when schedule. No communication on problems or delays. I had to be the intermediary between him and the insurance company. I almost fire him but he beg for another chance. I gave him the chance and I am very disappointed that I did. One of the things pointed to him was the fact that the roof was leaking around the chimney. He gave me his professional guarantee that he would take care of the issue. In June 2020 after some rain the roof started to leak and it took him months before it got repaired. This January some tiles came out of my roof after some gusty winds and Tom is nowhere to be found. He does not answer his phone or reply to messages. His office phone is not managed. I saw him at home depot not long ago and we have a conversation about the roof and he told me he was going to send the same guy that repaired my chimney. I called his roofer and was notified that he haven't got paid for the repairs he did on my house. Please do use this company. They do not stand by their work.

I hired Tom with Elk Valley Contracting to build a front porch deck over my existingfront porch steps. . I paid a cash deposit in mid May. I waited a couple days to allow him time to send me the photos and sketches he had promised to send. I was told he was waiting on the permit, and that he would send pictures soon. It has been a month and a half, he has not sent me ANYTHING. I have yet to see any blueprints or drawings of what he plans to build, and he will not answer any of my messages. I would like an explanation for the hold up, and drastic lack of communication. I understand that permits take time, but the complete lack of communication is inexcusable! I want my money back, but he won't respond to my messages at all.
