        Incredibly rude. The woman behind the counter - quite possibly the owner - acted as though I was imposing on her. Very short and rude with her answers to my questions about the self wash service. I left. She did not get my business.

        This is the BEST pet store in Billings! She (the owner) knows her pet food! She is familiar with dog food contents & what food suits your pet.She has superior food that is BETTER than Costco & just as reasonable.
