My friend and I brought our three dogs to the self pet bath. On the door it says first come first serve so I was thinking we would have the room to ourself since we had three dogs. We were done with two of our dogs and were told we would have to put the other two in a shared crate since someone else wanted to come in and to bath their dog Ifeel like it should have been mentioned that if someone else comes in that you would have to put your dog in a crate, to me that is what first come first serve means Very disappointed in the service we received. I had to go ask for conditioner since both tubs we empty, both girls were outside smoking. It was not very clean. Wont be back.
