        This company was recommended by a friend and it is great! Staff goes above and beyond when youre in a bind. Nice location on the west end too.

        Very Very rude and uncaring. Very disappointed they tell you to call if you need anything and when you do they are rude to you and hang up. I need to find a different oxygen supplier!

        I just read the recent reviews and have to say that I had the exact opposite in service by Billings Oxygen & Medical Equipment. I needed a last-minute temporary oxygen concentrator and they had it at my rental property within one hour. The Billings Clinic representative was kind, efficient and professional - what more can you ask for? Perhaps they should clone the agent who assisted me - she was a lesson in excellent service.
