ExpressCare West - CLOSED

My husband went in for an upper respiratory virus. Normally his Dr gives him Prednisone and cough meds. This PA lectured him on how she can't stop the virus from turning into bronchitis and eventually pneumonia since he had (very well controlled via inhaler) asthma but she would give him an antibiotic. She even said she doesn't think the antibiotic will help but it's all she will prescribe. He never asked for antibiotics knowing that he usually just gets a virus like this once every few years. It was nice to get in right away but her actual help was worthless.

First time to one of the Expresscares and I was pleasantly surprised. First of all the convenience is second to none, but the service is even better. The nurse and doctor were very prompt, but also extremely polite and knowledgeable. I will download the app in order to book ahead and ensure no wait. Very impressed!

Horrible experience. Nurse was rude, they don't take most insurance and they hardly treat anything there. Did I mention rude? Doc in the box....nightmare. No wait? No surprise. Its not too popular.
