I and my wife had an eye appointment in August, got called that the Dr would be out of town. Reschedule for Oct, had death in family. Reschedule for Dec, got here and they showed me as no show, but my wife still had her appointment. The schedule staff is incompetent! Update, my wife talked to Dr and they got me fit in, so 5 stars to the Dr and staff at downtown clinic.

Nurses and specialists are awesome. Scheduling appointments for internal medicine is frustrating, unorganized & uncaring. I started calling in Jan. & in 1st week of Feb. finally got an appointment set for 3rd week of April. Nurses try, but they get schedules going out only 2 weeks at a time. Patients have lots of things in our lives & sometimes need to make several appointments for 3 or 4 people in our lives. We need help, but maybe they don't need patients, or just don't care.

I just love everyone I’ve seen! They are truly amazing people! They truly care about their patients!
