Billings Clinic Heights

The real doctors might be ok but the NP's and PA's are not really able to help.

Dr. Junco is the absolute best. Im not gonna lie I havent had very good luck with Billings clinic at all since moving here in 2003. I decided to give it another shot since moving to the heights and this clinic is fairly close to my home. I needed mental health resources when my husband got deployed and he pushed to find me the right counselor. I am so grateful that he actually cared to follow up and make sure I got that needed help. I wont go anywhere else and Im so happy to have found him! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone looking for a new family doctor.

Was trying to switch over for a primary care doctor. Made and set up an appointment. After I refused a flu shot the nurse said they weren't able to provide me any care. I DIDN'T WANT A FLU SHOT AND THEN THEY DENIED ME ANY TYPE OF CARE. HMMMM

Getting appointments with your primary physician almost impossible. Dr. Larson is never available. Always shuffled out not knowing whats the next step. Have to ask multiple times for my prescriptions to be sent but they are very fast following me to ask about payment. Not patient friendly. Received call from office manager that did not try to resolve anything. Blamed low staff problems.

$453 for a 10 minute conversation with a physicians assistant to discuss my blood pressure medication. That was a price quote I was given after 30 minutes on the phone and being transferred through 5 people. Im Republican, but I think I may have just been converted to a Bernie Sanders supporter. Never thought the day would come.
