Dr. Cracken at the OBGYN doesnt care about anyones health. He told me to take ibuprofen which an elementary school nurse could tell me to do for pain. My pain is so severe I may have to quit my job which I told him this and his response was I could tell you what the pain isnt more than what I could tell you what the pain is. Your pain is extremely hard to pinpoint. So he wants me to put a bandaid on my pain instead of getting to the root of the problem. I waited 2 months to be seen. All he did was stick his fingers in me, tell me to take ibuprofen and that he cant tell me the actual issue and sent me on my way. Its a joke establishment and I feel violated honestly.

I hate you guys so much. I didnt want to be there, I got dragged to the hospital and even though insurance covered 80 percent of my bill, yall still want 8 grand from me. Wow you guys did so much with letting me sit in a room for three days then giving me no reliable recourses and instead gave me a program that required THREE HOURS A DAY from me???? Did absolutely nothing for me and now I owe you guys 8 grand because it was my FAMILY that decided to take me!??! I cant even get in contact with the office!!!

I have always used Billings Clinic and have always received excellent treatment. The only reason I can't give Billings Clinic a 5-star review is because they can't keep their damn doctors.
