Michael and his team did a fantastic job in our kitchen. They were careful, professional, clean, and really put a lot of care into our project. We felt very lucky to have them working in our kitchen remodel. Wonderful people!

Let me tell you that you cant please everyone. These guys transformed my thoughts into a kitchen I could be more happy. From the office staff to the shop guys to the install crew they were great. When they gave me the quote I payed half down and when they installed I paid the remaining balance. No issues at all. I wish more small businesses were like this. I sincerely hope you everyone goes with them.

Rose was our contact for our kitchen remodel. She was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Rose did our scheduling for counter and back splash installation. The installers were great. They did a great job, detailed and professional. The finished product out weighs our expectations. We will not hesitate to contact them for our next project.

Story time. My girlfriend redid her countertops through them and loved them. I will preface what I am going to say with I think they are very nice people but their organization seems to be a mess. I contacted them and picked out my countertops and they drew up an invoice in early August. Looking at the invoice I noticed there was no backsplash on my invoice. I told them I wanted backsplashes and they said they would add that total to my invoice and all was good. (This is going to come back later.). Now lets move forward to my install, I am a single dad and I work two jobs and I had to take work off on the day of my install as I expected. The install goes fine I thought as I watched them drill the faucet holes and such. My plumber comes out the next day and tells me they drilled the faucet hole in the wrong spot and cannot install what he needs to. I get my sink jerryrigged to work but I have basically a drain and faucet partially installed until I can get this figured out. The countertoppers say they can fix it no problem. A week later they come out to my house and say they are going to check it out and without telling me what they were going to do they began cutting chunks off my brand new sink. They cut off so much of my sink I can press on the inside of the basin of the sink and watch it move back and fourth. Obviously I am not pleased with this and the owner who came out says he will replace it. So they have to order a new slab and a new sink and the end of September is rolling up. The new material comes in and I go to check it out. Alicia says that the owner will be there to drill the faucet hole on site this time. I say to them, "That is what they did last time." This apparently news to them as someone blamed the mistake on the shop and not the person who installed the countertops in the first place. Meanwhile, I have never gotten a bill this entire time yet and before the second install they finally send it to me. I pay half as they as and they also credit the cost of the plumber the first time around. They come to install the second time and everything goes great, take more time off of work for both the plumber and the install. Now I love my tops as everything is done right. I go to pay my bill and I click on the invoice they had sent me with the credit for the plumber to settle my bill and hopefully move on from this entire mess. Once I click it when I get to the screen I have to pay the amount is actually several hundred dollars more than the invoice said. So now I have to reach out to them again. Remember those pesky backsplashes? Well rather than adding them on to the invoice in August, they wait until they drill my faucet hole wrong, a plumber comes out and finds their mistake, they come out and void the lifetime warranty on my sink by cutting chunks off it without telling me what they were going to do, after I am without a dishwasher and a garbage disposal for over a month, after I have to take off work again on two separate days for them to install and then a plumber to come out again, right in the 11th hour thats when they decide to change my bill. Good people, but its been a very frustrating experience.
