Not a good experience for us at all. Started our process in December 2021. Annie in the Billings office was and has been wonderful, however we are not impressed with the overall company. Delay after delay after delay. The last two delays made us ask for our deposit back. We were finally close to having a countertop on May 15 when we were told mistakes were made on finishing the edges of the seams and they didn't match so they would have to order more material which should be in by June 15. We received an e-mail on June 16 stating that they now have no installers and will let us know when the problem is remedied. 6 months from order date and no counter top....we called, asked for our deposit back and were told a check would be in the mail. There better not be a delay on that.
