failed to mention that you need full coverage to get a rental car even when somebody else’s insurance is supposed to be paying for it. missing 5 days of work because i don’t have a car/know anybody for rides because of this mistake.

While traveling on vacation, we unfortunately hit a coyote on the highway. We took our vehicle to the closest auto body shop and needed a rental. Our insurance company had already reserved a car at this Enterprise location. Rafael and his team at this location were outstanding! They located a vehicle that fit our needs and then even brought it to us at the Auto Body Shop! They definitely helped save our vacation! Thank you Enterprise!

I have had a reservation for a one way car rental for Thursday. I showed up on Thursday and was told there were no cars. Told no cars for my RESERVATION today also. And the same for tomorrow. My reservation for Sunday I’m told was done wrong and they, you guessed it, can’t provide a car. I’m stuck here in town now with no Veh, nowhere to stay after Saturday night, no way to get home, a very rude person on the phone, some very rude and none of your business financial and trip questions asked, and still no car even though I’ve had a reservation for days. I NEED THE PROBLEM FIXED. NOT TO KEEP LISTENING TO THE CONSTANT EXCUSES ABOUT YOUR COMPUTER PROBLEMS AND THE INCOMPETENCE INVOLVED. I made reservations. Why is it so hard to fulfill your end without a problem.
