The guy was very friendly and promptly picked me up from the airport within 5 minutes of being called. The car I was given was clean and practically brand new. Price was fair.

Fox is the best car rental agency in Billings. It is further than the airport. I've tried working with other rental car companies and Fox always does better with service which is the most important part of working with any business. Nice cars too.

Easy location ten minutes from Billings Airport. Great customer service - the owner made everything easy for us. Also - I left my checkbook on his desk when I picked up the car and he kept it for me until I dropped the car off a week later. A good, honest man!

booked a vehicle for pickup at Pearson Airport, through Expedia. Once we landed took us a while to find where to go, and finally had them answer the phone. only to inform us they had given the vehicle away as we were 3 hrs late. Didn't know it was on a time..... left us stranded at airport looking for something else as they had nothing to offer. left complaint and never even heard back from them. poor to no service
