No more 1930’s STL bathroom! As someone who has had very bad experiences with contractors in the STL region, I cannot recommend this company enough! From the beginning they were extremely responsive during the bid process. Marina patiently answered all of my numerous questions and was able to bid the job based on a photo of my space. The tech who did the work made sure to phone me about fixtures I was saving and to double check my color. He even replaced a couple of the broken tiles instead of sanding them down, which surprised me! You can only slightly tell a difference if you’re really looking, but it’s sooo much better and I think is nicer looking than sanding. So thank you for that! He left my space clean and tidy and more beautiful than when he got there. He also left me some after care instructions on which products I can and can’t use, etc. Really appreciated that! If you’ve been putting off renovating your 1930’s bathroom, consider calling this company for refinishing your tiles and tub. It’s affordable and if you are the owner of the home, they guarantee their work for 5 years. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them! Service: Tile replacement

We got our bath tub refinished a while back. The company said if we had any damage to it they would come patch it up. We have had them out 3 times. This last time the owner of the company came out, looked at the tub and said he didn't like the way it was done the first time and he would come back out and redo the whole thing for free. He stood behind his work and said that did not represent what he wanted his company to represent. That is a great stance and I could not tell you how much I appreciated that. They really do stand by the name of their website. I could not recommend them more!

They came on time and did a good job refinishing our tub. The technician was professional and the office staff was responsive and informative. They were a fair price for the work.

I had a badly peeling cast iron tub that I needed repaired. I got a next-day quote that was higher than I expected, but in line with other quotes I received. They offered a date to strip and re-finish the tub many months out about due to their demand. Due to a pregnancy in the house, I needed it re-finished sooner. They accommodated my need and did the re-finishing a few weeks later. The re-finishing worker was professional, quick, and kept the chemical smell down. The tub looks great and everything was cleaner than when he started. Definitely recommend.

I've used this company at least three times to refinish tubs over the past three years. Two tubs maintained the refinishing but for minor chipping near the drain. The third tub that I had refinished by this company completely fell apart and now looks as bad as it did when they came to refinish it, if not worse. I was told by the company that they would not fix their work because it was a year and a half past their date of refinishing, and they only give a year warranty. I only became aware that the tub was falling apart when tenants moved out. The tenants told me for the first time that that it started falling apart within the year's warranty time from refinishing. Still this company would not fix their work. After paying this company upwards of $400 only to have their work fall apart, I will not be using this company again for any property. They have lost my repeat business. I've been informed by plumbers there are other companies that give much longer warranties and do better quality work. I suggest any homeowner look for an alternative business to do refinishing.
