Rent is stupid high for small space. They go up every month. They charge up to 400 in late fees after the 1st. 100 fee to unlock your door if your locked out. The house falls apart and they take forever to repair things. They only communicate thru text and email. This is your warning do not use this company they are horrible. Current upset tenant on my way to move out. I hate it here. Not my forever home.

I have lived here for years with a family of 4. I always ask to renew my lease 3 months prior to moving out and never receive it until 15 days until lease is up, it has always been a 5% increase......this year in the lease renewal was sent 12 days before lease expiration with a 24 hr window to sign the document. With a 50% increase in rent! Within 24 hrs we asked if we could switch to month to month payments and were denied, I messaged Darren directly by email asking if he had any wiggle room to talk about this so I could go month to month and give proper 60 day notice in the future but my emails were unanswered. So now I feel as I'm in a situation where I have prepared and asked as much as possible but have been forced into signing another lease for 50% increase or be stuck with a 3 month penalty fine because I didn't give them 60 days notice. Extremely poor tactics and I feel trapped. Besides that they do have good maintenance if requested. Sad because I had planned on long term stay here and have lived here for years always paying ahead.
