We have been using United for over 4 years and haven't ever had a pest problem as a result. Their service is incredibly effective, and they are always professional and polite on top of it. Highly recommend!

I have used their service twice a year for a couple years. had an appointment at 3:00. No show, I left 2 messages asking if he would be coming today because I had somewhere to be. Finally received a call at 5. Was told because of the rain they could not do it. I said it quit raining at 10am and regardless a courtesy phone call would have been the professional thing to do. She said "let me say this as nice as possible, I have 4 kids with a schedule and your business is unreliable anyway we don't want it" and hung up on me. I guess my kids, my schedule and my money twice a year isn't as important as theirs. Very, very disturbingly unprofessional.
