Terrible response time, what is the point in being open 24 hours if you don't even call back for 3 days and cant quote a price over the phone. No such thing as same day service and poor response time ill take my business elsewhere. Much of your negative feedback seems to say the same thing over and over again about making false claims and not really being open 24 hours. Shameful advertising like that when it isn't true.

Darion was our technician helping get rid of squirrels in our attic. He was very kind, empathetic, and professional helping us. We have an old house, and after about a week of monitoring, we kept hearing squirrels. He listened to us and was very patient/reassuring, and when he looked again, he found another small hole that he was able to cover. That did the trick, and we are now squirrel free and thankful for Rottler and Darion!

Website is EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE. 24 Hour assistance is not real, same day service is not real, and after waiting on them for a callback to our property manager that took 2 days. We left a message and it took 2 days to finally get a response and you guys. And you can't even give us the courtesy to acknowledge this fact, and it seems from reading multiple reviews that you know that your website has false information on it and continue to display it which means you don't care that your making false promises after you have been told about it multiple times. NO INTEGRITY

Terrible company, their website makes multiple false claims. I called to schedule an emergency service it took them 2 days to return my call, So their purported same day service and 24 hours claim is just lip service and they should remove it off their site. As well the employee that answered was polite but he told me they would call me back in a few hours and it took 2 days TERRIBLE SERVICE They confirmed that the pest I called back was part of their service, and they also confirmed that I would get a call the next day and I called the number on their website and was specifically told that they could handle my issues. So the response feedback below is garbage and further shows that they refuse to take accountability, and if you read other reviews they have had multiple complaints about making promises they don't keep. They didn't even try to make it right they just said "Sorry" and that was it.

Theyre consistent and have kept our house pest free. There was a small miscommunication between office and field staff but we worked through it with the field rep.
