I have a brand new vehicle that has been in the shop for 32 days now and counting. Well within lemon law territory. I call the Lemon Law Attorneys, provide documentation as requested, and received a call that they weren't going to move forward with my case because I don't have service documents. The vehicle is in the shop.. for service.. how could I possibly get documents for service that isn't completed yet..? I was told that I had to wait until my vehicle is out of service before they would have a case. What sense does that make!?
