I was part of the round up settlement and found out they have been paid and now Carey Danis & Lowes /dampier is holding people winning. Im going further with this to show proof Im flying to courts.

Have a case that has gone on for about 7 years with nexium . This firm never calls with updates. I received a letter 2 months ago that said they had reached a settlement .. and had paperwork I returned to them with additional questions etc. I called today and was told settlement hasn't been reached. Crazy
