Super cute hotel, but there's no way the staff can keep up. Took over 30 mins to check in and did not get the room expected (which was fine). Got to the room and the sheets were stained and filthy. The staff made it no priority to come change the sheets or change our room. After multiple calls and going to the front door we still waited longer. We went to the bar to try to catch a vibe only to be ignored at the rooftop bar and then ignored so long at the downstairs bar that at least she gave me the drink for free which was super nice. All in all. Not worth the money until they can train staff/learn customer advice

I didnt stay here but this hotel has a lot of character and I loved the lounge.
