        Hotel stay was overall great. smells great in the hallways which is surprisingly not something you see at every hotel. room were tidy and very welcoming. I've stayed at another extended stay and both locations were awesome.. Front desk was great! Only thing I hated was the limited parking in front at night, parking lot was kind of tiny. but other than that it was great

        Decent location outside St.Louis but still close enough that it's not a far drive to downtown. Overall cleanliness wasn't great but my main issue was the handicap accessible room, bathroom in particular. There is no separation between the shower and the toilet/sink, except for a curtain. The problem is the drainage wasn't done properly so when you shower it creates pools of water throughout the entire bathroom. When we took two back to back showers, water started leaking out of the walls towards the bed. Thankfully, I don't actually require any accommodations but if you're elderly or have physical ailments like the need for a wheelchair, the amount of water that accumulates is a serious safety hazard. But beyond the safety concern, having a 1/2" of water in the bathroom is annoying and gross.

        The floors are never mopped. Who knows when the last time was! They were sticky and there was visible dirt. I couldnt even walk barefoot!

        Had a 7 day stay. When I went to extend the stay another 2 nights, they sent my confirmation receipt wrongfully to another person that I dont know. That person proceeded to call the hotel threatening legal action for fraud because they thought they were charged. Instead of handling the situation internally, they gave the angry person (again, Extended Stay wrongfully put on the receipt email) MY phone number so they could scream at me directly. Very unprofessional to give an angry person one of your guests phone numbers. It was not my error. What a headache.
