This is the worst help at home provider. The person they sent me stop driving after two weeks, so she was not able to take my mom out anywhere including Dr. appointments The same helper brought her grandchildren to my home while she was supposed to be doing respite care for my mom. I have videos of that littlest escapade. The helper would place a towel over my smoke detector because she couldn't cook with out smoking up the kitchen. She sat around four hours a day and did nothing that the company said they would do. They told me the helper was trained on working with Alzhimer patients, she was not. If you care for your loved one do not hire this company. I would give them zero stars if I could.
