Top-notch outfit. Caregiver assigned has FAR exceeded expectations. Helping two 90-yr-old relatives who live together. We started with 2 days/week and were so satisfied we increased to 3 days/week. Support is always available via phone and very responsive. In an emergency, we were able to get someone to the house on the weekend on short notice. Worth every penny.

I highly recommend Synergy Home Care for long-term in-home care. Their staff of nurses, caregivers and schedulers are professional and reliable. They care for my Mom and Dad and always make them feel safe and respected. They have even suggested new methods of care that are improving their lifestyles. We hope to have them on board for a long time to continue this journey together. Thanks for all you do.

Great company! Synergy have gone above and beyond making sure that my mother is cared for. The caregivers we have are very professional and treat my mom as if she was their very own mother. I would definitely recommend this agency.

This company is not professional, They sold my family on their services even though they knew our father had benefits through the VA with another provider. They received a letter terminating their service from VA on March 12, 2021 and they continued to provide services beyond the termination date. They are just now contacting us on the evening of April 30, 2021 to advise their contract was cancelled with the VA. Now they are demanding our family re-pay the services that they provided when it was their error. Our family did not receive any notification from the VA of a termination of THEIR services. Then we asked to speak with manager identified as "DON" and he was rude and unprofessional. He accused our family of double dipping! He had THE audacity to say that we were not good Samaritans because of HIS error. He kept over talking us saying it was OUR FAULT. HE YELLED IN THE PHONE ANS SAID "YOU WILL NOT GET ANOTHER RED CENT", we told him we were going to call the VA to report him and he YELLED "I DON'T CARE IF YOU CALL THE VA" then he disconnected the call. Mind you this agency called and came to our home offering services that we advised up front that we have service already provided with another provider through the VA. They said their services were part of a different program that our father was qualified for. They came to US now they are expecting US to pay them for THEIR MISTAKE!
