The male tech at the front desk made the experience wonderful. Everyone else was really nice and super helpful, but he was exceptional.

Worst place ever. I was a patient with Dr Lucas who was amazing. He retired and sold his practice to Clarkson. Even though I had a previous bad experience with another location I thought I would give them a chance since all of my family's records are there. My son needs medical neccessary contacts and always has. Usually takes a couple weeks to get approved through insurance. We started this process in March and heard nothing for 2 months. I called in may to check status. One of the worker's names Sara treated me as if I was doing something wrong and being a bother by checking. She stated there was nothing they could do on their end. I asked her to call and follow up on the contacts with the insurance company since it had been months and it was really their job to do. She was snippy about it but did it and called me back saying they still need to approve it. (The insurance company has no record of her call). Now, a month later I called AGAIN and she, once again, said I needed to check on it because it there was nothing they can do. I told her there was no pending claim on my insurance company's website (I told her this the FIRST TIME I called too). She told me to " call anyway". So I did.....the insurance company ONLY had my claims which were already paid an NOTHING FOR MY SON...and again NO record of Sara calling like she told me she did. So here we are, today my son turned 16 and I cant even take him to get a permit because Clarkson held true to their poor reputation and failed AGAIN. Still no contacts and no resolve yet.
