Unacceptable, I checked my call logs and texts from Clarkson Eyecare and received nothing regarding an "appointment confirmation". I scheduled this appointment weeks in advance for my 1 day off during the week. Only to be informed that I "fell off the schedule". Why would you not call me and why did I never get a text message in the first place? Upon rescheduling I immediately recieved a text from the same number I checked. Funny how that works.

Very professional. Good selection of frames. A quality establishment. Can be a little expensive if you dont have the right insurance. Several locations.

10/10 would highly recommend! After the Clarkson Eyecare on N HWY 67 (Florissant) blatantly canceled my scheduled appointment and took zero responsibility and unsympathetically disregard all of my feelings about it, I called into the corporate number and spoke to Ashley who did an amazing job rescheduling at this location same day. Lets start with the staff they were super warm and friendly. They apologized for what had happened at the other location and immediately took care of me. There was little to no wait and the Eye Doctor took care of me quickly, yet very politely. I was able to find frames that I liked in their inventory. They explained how I can customize my glasses vs just adding everything and assuming I would pay for all optional selections. The only con is that I did not enjoy parking. Its street metered parking and very limited. But this is a small price to pay for great customer service that exceeded my expectations.
