The service is ok but I've noticed they've gotten a bit rude over this last year. Will be going to the Watson location .

I always liked that they were the only affordable place to get glasses without insurance. I recently got insurance and it was even better.

Very slow service, do not come if you have to be somewhere within 2 hours. They do not book accordingly, 3 times I have been here and sat for an hour or more waiting to be seen. My appointment was at 10:10AM and it is now 11:15AM and I have not been seen, i am still sitting here. It should not take half of a day to get an eye exam and pick out glasses. Good luck asking or dealing with people up at the front desk. As they are often rude, careless, or uneducated on what they are doing here. They also still enforce masks, although the city mandate is lifted, so wearing this is less than ideal with allergies and trying to pick out glasses frames to fit your face properly, not to mention it is triple digit temps outside this week, people should be able to breathe!
