Called to schedule a new patient appointment, to have wisdom teeth taken out for my teenager. The office staff was unprofessional and hung up on me prior to asking my name. The entire phone conversation was 18 seconds long. Not long enough to take any information from me.

I took my 4 year old here for an extraction. Everyone was kind and patient so that my little man had the most pleasant experience.

This place should be shut down with how terrible the receptionist and the dentist hinself are. The way they treat people, my friend included, is downright terrible. They discriminate against people with a complicated health history, fat-shame overweight people. It is not a good place at all. They should seriously consider a morale check or just be shut down.

You should have your license taken away for the way you treated my friend. You have no bedside manner whatsoever and should find a job you're better suited for, like a DMV employee. Or maybe a prison guard.
