West End Endodontics

Dr. Eliot really knows his stuff. He has state of the art equipment and is very nice. The staff went out of their way to help with insurance and any questions I had. They were quick to get in to see and the office is beautiful, clean and professional. I highly recommend West End Endodontics!

West End Endodontics is a small office in the Bank of America building on Lindell, just east of Euclid. It was easy to get to and has an attached garage. The atmosphere is clean and professional, as seen in the photos on the website. Sarah, his dental assistant, does a terrific job managing the office. She has a sweet demeanor and is knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Eliot was kind and pleasant. Digitally marking on my x-ray, like a meteorologist drawing on a weather map, he explained exactly what was going on with my tooth, the possible treatments and what a root canal entailed. He patiently answered all of my questions in a comprehensive manner. Sarah showed me the dental dam, the 'riser' to help hold my mouth open, and explained their uses. Dr. Eliot talked me through every aspect of the procedure. The two of them worked well together. From the beginning, it was evident that my care and comfort was their utmost concern. I came to them with throbbing pain in my jaw. Now, 2 days later, it's gone. This event, my first root canal, was a complete success! I highly recommend Dr. Colin Eliot without reservation.
