I got this location 15 minutes before my reservation. Theres nobody there at office and Im still waiting. Ive never had experience like this before.
Plus the Car I rented was not clean. I waited almost 3 hours for someone to show up. I felt sorry for the worker.. it was not her fault! She is over work! I came from a different country and was very embarrassed that I was hours late for my meeting. Hertz! Needs to hire and do better!

I waited over an hour because they had cars but not clean cars. The manager, Toni, was the rudest person I have ever met. Several people walked out. Guess who will never get my money again?

Excellent customer service! We needed to make a change to our itinerary and we could no longer drop off our rental in St Louis. We needed to make a drop in Chicago. Hertz National quoted us $1,200 for the drop change. This loc hooked us up and was able to adjust the rate so that it was only marginally more than our original charge for the rental.

My experience with Hertz was super disappointing! The first thing is they didn't evaluate the car which lead to them not seeing the small crack that spread while I had it and of course that comes out my pocket. The gas level on the slip was surely not the gas level it was on but I didn't complain. The car was very dirty outside and inside still had trash from last customer. When I dropped my car on 7/8 they acted as if they didn't know until I called. The person put me on hold and never came back or called. I had to reach back out! Then I see a extra $300 almost $400 charge and I was clueless. No one reached out to me about it. I had to call again. Come to find out they charged me for like 4 more days!! Of course the ticket, from the garage when I dropped it off, was missing from my file. The employees are crooks! I believe the employees are using the cars and putting the charge on the customers! Luckily i was able to speak with the manager, who seems to be the only honest and respectable person in the office. She agreed to refund for the days i didn't have the rental. Im thankful for that but also it could be a month and a half for my reimbursement! Whatever you do, Do NOT go to Hertz and especially not this one!
