I ordered a number 1 bundle but the cashier argued that I ordered 2 number twos. That's not even close. And she argued about what I ordered. Such nonsense. Then the price was higher than what was shown on the menu. Cashier again had no idea how to respond with an any inkling of primary education. All the other staffers had a bunch of explanations just to excuse their sorry state of running a business. The menu had older prices on it. They also had Christmas decorations up. In March. Let that sink in. And the lemonade was watery. Bunch of r3turds.

2/13/2022 2:08pm. I ordered a 1 pepperoni pretzel, 2 original pretzel, 1 sweet almond pretzel, 1 cup of mini hot dog pretzels and large lemonade. Was going to be 20 minute wait for the mini hot pretzels, OK no problem. I initially walked away with 2 originals and pepperoni pretzels and waited at the dining tables for about 15 mins. Walked back waited a few minutes and picked up the rest of my order, sweet almond, mini hot dogs and large lemonade. Only received the pretzels. I asked for the large lemonade was told (with quite an Attitude) "I gave you your drink!" I simply said "No ma'am I just received the first bag of pretzels" Proceeds to tell me "I have you your drink with your food" while frustratingly going to the drink fountain. I avoid confrontation like the plague, I said "No you didn't" and I walked away. I will not put up with such rudeness. If you have cameras installed, take a look at them. I will not be back to this location.

I ordered a combo #2 which is a regular nugget with a dip sauce and med soda. Price shows $5.86 then I wanted to add another dip sauce for $0.99. They tried to tell me my total was $10.54. When I asked them to explain why the registers showed $0.76 tax where the other money was coming from. The workers were rude and kept saying it was tax on each item but even still the tax shouldnt be $3.66 for $6.85 in product.

Ive had countless problems with this location. From pretzels not being cooked all the way through,cheese not being hot, and orders not being right. Also, they almost never have what I want. Nextly, they open late and leave early @7 pm (mall closes at 9 pm), and sometimes not even open like last Saturday 10/2/21.

would give zero it possible. its 6:30 and i was just informed by your extremely rude employee that yall are closed for everything even though your hours are posted as closing at 7. update your hours or stop closing early. ill pass on this location and go to west co. they have 2 auntie annes in their mall and ive never had issues.
