This place should be condemned. Every winter, the pipes freeze - the incoming water pipes and the sewage lines, so theres no way to shower or use the bathroom. Management recommends peeing in the bathtub. We chose not to do that, but our bathtub ended up filling with human waste from an apartment above us. So yeah we had someone else’s human waste in our bathtub. They’ll loan you a pump to pump human waste out of the bathtub and out of a window. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal. They don’t give any advice on #2s, I guess you’re just supposed to use a bucket and toss that out the window too. The whole place smells like sewage and cigarette smoke. The heaters cant keep up in the winter and the ac units are super loud and a real eye store. To make it worse, management is absolutely terrible/morally unethical. I believe they prey on foreigners who don’t understand renters rights. Avoid this place at all costs. They WILL take advantage of you.
