Aventura at Maryland Oaks

This property is one of the nicest and cleanest in the area! I viewed many and it is amongst my top 3! Just waiting on my new job to wrap up some last minute things so I can apply ! Thanks again Annie for showing me around & answering my many questions!

I mean just look at all the people who agree with the 1 star reviews compared to how little likes the 5 star reviews getIf you want to live in the area, check out Vicino On The Lake (these guys treat their residents better) before they sell you on an apartment! WATCH FOR OVERCHARGING! Just moved out and more charges came up (They probably charged me more for the bad review, but I'm willing to pay more so you don't have to). I've lived in 3 different apartments in the area under the same circumstances and have gotten my deposit back. Not only did I not get it back, but got charged more (not surprised). Again, if you want to charge me and lose future residents, your loss... Maintenance people are nice as can be though, those guys are the only pleasant thing about the property UNTIL I left a bad review and they told maintenance to keep an eye on me and charge me for anything they could find me on. Overall decent place to live and definitely one of the best apartments I've lived in as far as setup and quality. Now the drawbacks definitely outweigh the benefits especially when it comes to customer service. Now if you have some sort of social life or get home late from work good luck finding a spot! Sometimes I like to go out on the weekends and sometimes my job requires me to work until 9PM. Usually when I get back to the apartment I'm lucky I can find a residential parking spot, otherwise I have to park in visitor parking which is a nice 10 minute walk and it's especially worse when it's raining or snowing. It's gotten some bad that people are just parking in random curbs and medians and they don't get towed so I guess that an option?? Sometimes I have to park at a different apartment complex a whole block over and that's usually a 20 minute walk in the rain, snow, cold, you name it! I obviously read the reviews before living here and asked about the parking situation and they said that they have improved it and it "shouldn't" be a problem. Obviously I fell for that sale scheme and now I have to face the consequences of walking 10-20 minutes to my apartment nightly. Remember when you said you'd fix the parking? They've been telling me that for the 3 years that I lived there and doesn't seem like it every got fixed
