        I enjoyed living at Vanguard Heights for 4 years until a recent relocation and would have stayed longer if I could. Management was always friendly, and maintenance was quick to take care of any issues.

        If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay, look no further than Vanguard Heights! The Leasing agents were incredible and the apartments are beautiful!

        These apartments need to be updated and deep cleaned. The walls are very thin so you can hear people walking around, going the bathroom, etc. Also, management is not responsive. If you leave a message about a concern or missing package--- they do not follow up. ** See response from VH... They still have not followed up on our missing packages.

        All around great experience. From the friendly and helpful leasing agents, to the incredible apartments! Amenities are second to none and the location is fantastic. A short trip to all things StL! Great for families of all size!

        Great, as long as you like seeing mountains of trash piled outside the trash compactor every weekend because people jam it and there are no consequences. Oh, and two of the reviews on here are from the manager and assistant manager.

Please submit requests or concerns in writing to us at [email protected] so we can address any issues with you directly.Regarding your packages, during our initial conversation, we explained that we would speak to the mail carrier on your behalf and would contact you if the carrier was able to find anything as we do not have access to the parcel lockers. When we spoke again, just before this review was submitted, we did apologize for any confusion if you were expecting a different result. We are sorry that we were unable to resolve this for you, but please reach out to us if you would like to discuss this matter further.
