    Called this morning and they are a week behind. Needed them to look at my dryer.

    I called this morning hoping to have someone come out and help me with an igniter problem l am having with my whiplpool stove. The woman who answered the phone ask me if I had the model number of my stove. I told her no I did not have the model number for the stove and wasn’t sure where to look for it. She said to pull the drawer out at the bottom look for the serial number. I explained to her that I’m not able to get down on the floor because I had shoulder surgery. Then she proceeded to tell me that unless I had a model number for my stove themselves or no other company would come out and help me either if I didn’t have a model number and that I should have a neighbor come over and pull the drawer out and help me find the model number. All I can say is I’m shocked. I thought this was the reason I was calling them in the first place, to have the come out figure out the problem get the part if need be and fix my stove. Very disappointed in the service I didn’t get and all I can say is I certainly hope they don’t treat everyone this way. Time to call someone else.

    We took our dryer apart because of the horrible squeal on a Friday night. I called everyone I possible could to find parts. Yes, the internet has them, but when you need the parts Now and don't want to pay a crazy amount of shipping to get it faster( the earliest was Tues) this is the place to go. His prices were very close to the internet but we could pick them up today. He was very helpful and polite and the best yet....He had all of our parts in stock!! He closed at noon ,but stayed open until we got there. Which was about 12:30. When we need parts again for any of our appliances we will go to them for sure!

    Very nice people. I called them with the part number - a faulty switch for the lid to my dishwasher - and they had it in stock. Took my American Express card. Had the part sitting on the counter when I walked in. It's an older business in a "vintage" building, but I was able to get the part I needed when I needed it. As to KD's complaint - I could have ordered a part on the internet, but then I would not have had my washer for several days. It's not fair to compare a guy who has to staff a store with personnel and have inventory in stock with a guy who drop-ships and you have to wait a week for a part. Had I had a problem, I'll bet I could get some helpful advice, too.
