        Horrible don't let them install remote start on your car we paid $300.00 to have remote start installed. Key fob to the remote fell apart a week later. I started using the second 1 that came with installation and about a month later it feel about too. Went back to N W Audio and was told i would have to pay 80.00 bucks for replacements. I said are you kidding me your key fobs are cheaply made and I have to pay for new ones? Man replied key fobs aren't under warranty. This place is horrible.
