        The rating is for of vinyl graphics itself not the people. Purchased $1000 worth of their wrap to do my pontoon. Diligently and meticulously prepped for the vinyl. It only lasted about a month before it peeled off. The people were always professional and polite. Unfortunately, the product just doesn't live up to the price in my experience. No warranty if you install it yourself. So I'm out $1,000. I regret it.

        I had really good success the first time I went there for hats, not so much this last time. Almost a week since the previous email and after I assumed production was in motion, I was told there was still a few more weeks of lead time when I had been told a week and half before lead time was 2 weeks. Updating score to a 4 one bad experience doesn't justify a 1. Thanks for the business you provide to the community.
