Dont ever go to tire choice on harvester road. I got new tires on my jeep a few weeks ago and today while driving down to my farm in Belle I noticed the left front of my jeep shaking. I stopped in rosebud and got gas and checked the lug nuts on the left front tire. I was able to twist them off by hand. Checked all the other tires and they twisted off by had as well. Thank God I stopped. I then went around all wheels and tightened them all up. I will never go there again!

They had my car putting on new brakes and rotors well, they finished that and when the employee was test driving it he wrecked the car taking out the entire passenger side front fender and also damaged the entire passenger side underneath the bumper. People beware! I've heard the same horror stories from other customers. Needless to say they did replace the fender but did it incorrectly and the shock that holds the hood up is missing and when I tried to call them they kept hanging up on me like a freaking teenager and not the owner of a business. They did not even attempt to fix the bumper. I think it is sad to have someone like that in our neighborhood that we can not trust. If you decide to go there anyway make sure you inspect the work prior to taking your car. Just a PSA for all of my neighbors..

March 2024 review: Brakes were vibrating after getting the shocks done in February...no vibration issues prior to getting the work done. I took it back in to get brakes looked at and get the tire rotation done that they had failed to do on the last visit. They said I needed $1200 in brake pads, rotors, etc. I pointed out my paperwork from February said they had checked the brakes and rotated the tires and neither had been done. He glanced at the paperwork and said those two employees don't work here anymore. No apology. So your store did poor work and you just blame it on former employees? You do nothing to make things right? All the trustworthy people who worked here for many years are all gone. Never coming back here. Feb 2024 review: downgraded to three stars from five star review from 2019 I've been a loyal customer for 11+ years at this location, since the AutoTire days and had frequented the Overland AutoTire for many years before that, but this weekend's visit was not a great experience. I am sure customers are rarely happy about receiving repair bills, but I've had many repairs done at this location and never felt like I was being taken advantage of/misled/etc...but that's how I feel today. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation on my wife's car. They called and said my air filter needed replacement ("as black as the tires") and that my rear shocks were leaking fluid. I asked if the shocks was a new issue, he said it looked like many months of buildup (I had the car inspected at this location in December...so was it missed then or was he exaggerating the "many mouths" of buildup? Was the air filter that bad less than two months ago when they had the car?). I was given a quote of $440. That was much lower than I expected and I said to proceed. The store called back about 10-15 minutes later and said they had misquoted me and it would be almost $1100...I thought the $440 seemed too low, but nearly 2.5 times more was quite a surprise. I said I would think about it and call back...and I did a little bit later. I asked the first person who answered the phone if there were any discounts or coupons that could be applied, especially since I had been misquoted the initial price. He said they could find some discounts on the labor or get me some kind of deal and I was put on hold. The next person I talked to said he'd probably be able to find some type of small discount, not a big discount, but that he thought he could get it done for under $1000. He asked if I wanted them to call back with a price, I said just go ahead and do the work since I needed the car back that afternoon. I showed up to get the car, he said he called the manager and was told there were no discounts available. Great. When leaving the parking lot, I noticed the low tire pressure warning was on for the rear right tire. Same warning was on when I dropped it off. So obviously none of the tires were rotated and none of the tires were filled as they all had 30 PSI or less...27 for for the rear right. I've had a few negative experiences here lately. Probably time to move on. I had a great experience at JC Car Care on a recent visit on another car that needed inspections. 2019 review: Five stars The estimates I've gotten here are always half what the dealership tells me. The dealer always recommends a bunch of work/maitnence that Autotire says isn't necessary at the time. They are fair and if you make an appointment a day in advance they can get you in and get your car back usually within just a few hours. I've gone here for oil changes, brakes, tires, and more. Staff is very friendly, too.
