Ive used this place in a pinch twice now for unexpected tire repair. Each time Ive gone without an appointment. They worked me in each time quickly. Everyone has always been very courteous and friendly. If I need tire work they will be my first choice

Brought my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek (21,000 miles, purchased brand new 12/22) into the shop for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday, March 30th. Upon bringing the car back home, I noticed a puddle of oil in the driveway. I opened the hood (I am not a mechanic by any means) and observed oil leaking in the pan around the filter. I also noticed the cap on the coolant reservoir was open leading to a loss of coolant and the neoprene battery terminal cover was not in place. I returned to the shop upon opening the following Monday and requested they repair the issue, they stated they fixed the issue with the oil and topped off the coolant that had been lost. Upon returning home and driving the vehicle to work, I observed a leak at our work parking lot and again when I returned home to the garage. At this point, I did not trust the shop to have them fix the issue and took the car to my main mechanic to address the issue. It was determined that the drain cap was almost completely loose. The engine compartment was dirty with the oil that had leaked so they used a cleaning agent to wipe it out, along with topping off a significant amount of oil that had been lost. All in all, this could have been a significant issue if I had not noticed the problem and I would have been extremely angry if this had caused significant damage to a brand new vehicle that we had worked extremely hard to save for and purchase. I also ended up with some nasty oil stains in my driveway and in the garage that proved difficult to remove. I returned to the shop on 4/5 and requested a refund and spoke with the manager, Sarah. They were able to refund me the amount I had paid to my main mechanic to clean up their issues which I appreciated. While I won't be returning to this shop for any more service, I appreciate their willingness to refund the amount paid for additional services at another mechanic and the professionalism of the manager at the shop who worked with me to come to a resolution.

Had to stop and get an emergency patch. Very nice staff, quiet location. Only giving a 4 start because I had to redo the patch at my own shop once I was back in Ga. The patch there began to leak.
