Pilates is a vital part of my life! It has gotten me moving when I wondered if my bones ever could do it again! Now that I'm there, it continues to challenge me. It's truly an age appropriate and fitness appropriate workout-it can be truly designed to fit your needs. Jennifer and her staff are truly committed to each student being as well as they can be! My class includes me (66), a dear friend of mine (80) and a new friend (45) plus others. We laugh and struggle and accomplish together. It's the best!

Pilates is a great addition to my workout routine! It has helped me to strengthen my core, which is great for my every day life. The benefits have also extended to my running and weight training. All of my instructors have been wonderful and I've made many friends during my nearly 5 years as a member. I look forward to my weekly class!
