HOTWORX - O'Fallon, MO

I absolutely love Hotworx! This is the first time I've stayed motivated and continuously show up to work out. Along with the amazing choices of work outs and feeling all the toxins and stress leave my body Hailey and her staff are just fabulous. They take the time to get to know you and make you feel welcomed every time!!! I highly recommend Hotworx O'Fallon!!

Its official Im an infrared addict. The workout is truly revolutionary but what makes this place perfect is Rod and his staff. At first I was intimidated by the apps and how the whole thing works but that made it so easy and digestible. Whatever your fitness level this place is perfect because of the flexibility and the people at the OFallon location are top notch!

My favorite place to be! Its a comfortable and inviting atmosphere to work out In along with amazing staff thats so helpful and friendly. Been coming here since October and absolutely love it!!

If you are looking for a great workout and detox at the same time, Hotworx St.Peters is just the place. Their manager, Haley and owner, Jeremy make you feel welcome in their space. The sessions last from 15-45 minutes and give you a full workout with many choices, from rowing, spinning to yoga and Barre. There is something for everyone. Take a minute to check them out. By far the best location in town.

I took my first class at Hotworx and was very happy with the workout. It was more than yoga, this was so effective on my core and balance. As a boxer who works out 5 times a week, it still challenged and I walked away drenched in sweat. Highly recommend! Friendly staff & great atmosphere all around. Thanks again! Looking forward to coming back.
