Steak 'n Shake

They shouldve just keep this location closed. They never open. When they are open its only two workers. Thats unfair to the workers who has to work like that. Sometimes youll come to the drive thru and will say they closed. It was 12pm and they closed???? Management is poor.

Restaurant is never open. Closes when they want to. Managers dont show up for shifts. When it is open, its very understaffed and has horrible service.

It wasn't how it used to be before they closed down then opened back up. Food way to much grease

The drive thru wait was really not that bad, but there was a wait time. We ordered one of the combo's for I think 4.00. Double cheese burgers with everything on it. They do not come with drinks so you do have to pay extra. My son ordered chicken fingers combo with fries...which we checked the bag and his fries were not there, tried to get back in line, but it was too long and we had an appointment to get to. Anyway....the customer service was good it was a young man that was on point. Listen and very friendly. The food was hot nothing was cold. I was impressed on that...they just forgot my son fries. We did try and wait for curbside for someone to come out but there were 3 cars waiting for that. The price was not expensive...I think 3 meals with drinks was like 28.00 or so...overall mot bad...just forgot my sin fries...which I shared mine but he kept reminding me.

Drive thru around 6pm...no one in line and after sitting at speaker for about 5 minutes, a girl.comes on and says they are closed unless picking up a doordash order. What??? They you shouldn't have a sign that says you are open till 11pm. Horrible customer service.
