Place is dirty want alot of money but place is not fix up The landlord don't care about no one wanting all this money but can't fix nothing or make it look nice no one picks up there phone or don't call you back there too laid back I hope someone notice this and do something about it

After removing At Home Realty as the management company things have gone downhill. I submitted a maintenance request to the 24/7 email account and never got a reply back, and the issue is still on-going. I pay my bills on time, every month and have rented for two years. This is unacceptable. Ron either doesn't care or isn't able to handle issues that arise.

Been renting with Ron Ward for 3 years now. Great landlord, fixes things when they break as fast as possible, and stays out of your hair. The property is great and the rent is more than fair. Feels like renting from family!
