Working with Kent is always so easy, and he is an excellent builder. This is the second home he has built for us, and we LOVE IT!! We are beyond pleased with the way it all turned out and would highly recommend him as a builder to anyone looking to build a home!! Thanks Kent!!

I have had the great pleasure of working with Kent Holder Homes to build my first fully-custom home and it was a wonderful experience.
Working directly with Kent to create the perfect design was an amazing process as I felt he truly listened to what i wanted and had excellent suggestions for how to optimize space given as well as maintain me within my budget.
In 2005 I purchased a spec home from Kent as well. He worked closely with us to finish the basement to our wishes. The construction of this home was far beyond any other houses we had viewed.
I highly recommend Kent Holder Homes. He made the process of building a new home very comfortable, despite the inherent stress of the building process. I was thrilled with both homes and received compliments on the quality and workmanship.

We had dreamed of building a home for years and found Kent Holder Homes through much research of local customer Home Builders. After meeting with Kent for the first time and visiting one of his newly built homes, we knew that he was the perfect match to build our new home.
If you are looking for an honest, hardworking and reliable home builder, Kent is certainly your best option. From the moment we signed our contract through the final walkthrough (and even years later), Kent goes above and beyond to make it an easy and stress free process. When you think about building a home you instantly think of all of the stress that is sure to follow. With Kents many years of experience, he knows exactly how to limit the stress while maintaining the highest standards to ensure your home is exactly what you want. He is also extremely cognizant of budgets and clearly sets expectations and effectively communicates to keep you within budget and timelines.
We were probably not the easiest customers, but Kent encourages you to be a part and witness every stage of construction. We can attest that Kent uses the highest quality contractors, materials and every aspect of a Kent Holder Home is of highest quality and standards.
We have recently begun the process of searching for land to build another Kent Holder Customer Home. Kent has willingly and graciously met us out at several properties to evaluate the site, give ideas on homes that would fit the properties as well as his professional opinion of the area.

Our experience with Kent and his crew was excellent. Kent is involved personally on a daily basis and works with his clients to achieve the best solutions. Kent is knowledgeable and has an excellent feel for design and style. Our custom home is well-designed, well-appointed and is just what my husband and I wanted.
Kent is easy to work with, goes the extra mile and will "do the right thing" in all his dealings. You want someone like Kent designing and building your custom home because you can trust he will do it right.
