Nixa urgent care always does amazing! Taylor the NP is so kind & listens. The nurses are rest of the team are always friendly which is so refreshing

Used save my spot and had a short wait. The staff were friendly and let you know how long you would have to wait for the next step. They ordered tests early so the doctor/NP did not have to come into the room twice. The doctor/NP spent time asking several questions to understand all of the symptoms. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes which was very good considering how busy they were and waiting on test results.

Don't let them schedule you with a practitioner. I saw the actual doctor once, and she was fantastic. They made me see her practitioner after that. Saw the practioner twice and both times she minimized my pain. I went in for an ear ache and she spent the whole appointment reviewing my anxiety. I had to call her back and remind her I needed help with my ear. Second time I went in because of knee pain. I have had hypermobile issues on my whole body since I was a kid, but wanted to ask about my knee. She poked my knee twice and said "probably just arthritis" and gave me a handout for runners knee. A true gaslighter if there ever was one. When I told her it was really a problem, she made feel like I'd badgered her and said we could do an x-ray. (even though my bones are fine, its the ligaments I have chronic problems with. X-rays only show bone). Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
