updating my review, the owners of this hospital I do not believe know what is going on in the Sparta hospital, I feel sure heads would be rolling if so.  Back in April the receptionist and the doctor were abusive, no other way to put it.  The man was very young and gosh I'm not sure he was a doctor, his name was Erick and he said he hated the hospital and was moving to South Dakota so he didn't care but never say anything to His Girls?  He kept yelling at me and talking about His Girls being upset that I had asked the Greenfield office for help because the Sparta place was abusive?  I do think the owners can fix this, they have a lot of bad apples in that one place I cannot comment on the others but the others had nice folks on the phone.

So far, I've been very happy with services received. Everyone has listened and been very helpful. They have even been a shoulder to cry on, embarrassingly enough.

I cant tell you how the clinic is because they wont even call me back. I get voicemail each time. I just need to make my daughter an appointment. What does it take to get a callback, or just an answer for once?!
