    Jamie from retention department is the worst customer service rep I have ever talked to. She hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. This is the fourth time I have tried to get anyone from higher management on the phone other than Jamie and everytime the called "drops". What a joke of a company.

    The absolute WORST company I have ever worked with. I have called 4 times in the last two days and spent more than two hours on hold and still never talked to who I needed to. Paid for 400 Megs per second and for the last 6 months I have received less than 30. JOKE of a company. DONT BUY!

    we signed up with the internet 400 plan in december. our internet speed has been trash, sometimes it doesn’t even work. the plan came with a guarantee that our monthly bill cost won’t go up. on our latest bill, we got charged $12.16 extra for no apparent reason. i had to go through the long process of calling customer service and they said they’ll get back to me about the billing. about the speed , they said that they’ve been having some trouble with speed in our area and that’s why the price went up. i asked if there’s anything they could do to fix our speed and they said they’re working on it generally for our area but can’t do anything for us. i’m very disappointed in Suddenlink and regret choosing them
