Unfathomably inconsistent. I'm a college student paying good money to have 500 MBPS and I have never seen that number come out when I run a speed test. Connections on laptops usually are fine (not 500 MBPS, but around 160-180) but it's inexcusable when I'm getting 9 MBPS upload speed and 1 MBPS download speed on my mobile device. They perform a "software update" and nothing is fixed. It sucks that I have to sit in the McDonald's parking lot to study for exams because even they have better wi-fi than what United Fiber offers.

We love United Fiber! We have used other internet/tv providers in the area, but United Fiber has the BEST customer service & the plans are affordable! Our internet is fast & the tv package has everything we need. If we ever have an outage or issue, we know United Fiber will be quick to fix it!
